- If a project is canceled before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative or processing costs.
2.2 Advance / Prepaid Services
- For services billed in advance (such as monthly retainers or prepaid hours), no refunds will be issued once work has started within the billing period.
- Any unused portion may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the agreement.
2.3 Custom Development Projects
- Due to the nature of custom development, refunds are generally not available once the project has started.
- If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to contact us so we can resolve concerns through revisions or improvements.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Consultation, setup, or discovery phase fees
- Completed or partially delivered work
- Milestone payments already approved
- Third-party tools, software licenses, domains, or hosting purchased on your behalf
- Delays caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or required inputs
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Include your project details, payment proof, and reason for the request
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the issue
We will review your request within 7–15 business days and notify you of the decision.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, Enfiweb will attempt to resolve the issue amicably through discussion and mutual agreement. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of India.
